About the offer

For decades Nigeria exported crude oil and imported refined fuel. The Dangote refinery changes that balance, and this offer is the first time the public is invited to hold a stake in it. Proceeds are earmarked for expanding capacity, and the shares are intended to list on the Main Board of the Nigerian Exchange, where they can be bought and sold after listing.

AVA Securities Limited acts as a distribution channel. We are a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission: we receive your application, handle settlement and the CSCS record of your holding, and pass your subscription to the issuing house. We do not set the terms of the offer, and nothing on this page is investment advice.
